The Cherries is definately a 'home from home' Within a few minutes of meeting Lisa you felt you had known her for years. Very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her and her breakfast was excellent. Loved the toiletries available and bottled water was in your room daily. The lounge was beautiful as was the garden. Location could not have been better as we visited Herne Bay, Canterbury, Ramsgate and Broadstairs; all within about 30 minutes drive.

Felt at home as soon as I walked through the door! I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation, on all aspects - staff, cleanliness, modern but cosy, food, atmosphere etc definitely give 5 stars. Will be back for another stay soon!

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The decor was great with its historical slant - lots to see. It was a very comfortable room.

It was very noisy at times with people coming and going, doors banging and a child throwing a temper tantrum at one point!

It was the first time I used a uk b&B. It was an amazing experience into a sweet home with a lovely family. Thank you to Lisa for her patience ( and her corrections of my really bad english language ( sorry :-).. ) and her terrific english breakfasts, I liked it ! Thank you to Theresa for her great smile and her kindness.

I'll come back as soon as possible :) I love the Kent County! And now, I've got an adress : the Lisa's home!

Although the owner was on holiday, the staff left in charge were brilliant. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in many different types of accommodation while in the UK for 6 weeks and this was by far the best, roomiest and most comfortable for us and our two young children. We would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

The security of the rooms. There were no locks on the rooms which means anyone can enter at any time. This was slightly concerning as we had jewellery, cash, passports, shopping and electronic goods that we did not want to take with us each day but did want it secure. This is the only issue we had here, everything else was great.

Lisa & staff extremely welcoming & friendly. Didn't have the formality that some B'B's have - it was almost as though you were welcomed into their family. Rooms very spacious & decorated tastefully. Loved the front entrance porch!! Breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice. A real home-from-home... Thanks Lisa & everybody, really enjoyed our stay!

Good location, near to whitstable for a memorable sunset and an good diner. Very quiet area. Staff extremely friendly & pleasant, bedroom and accomodation pretty, comfortable, and decorated with taste. You will sleep really well : you hardly hear anything. There is a big living room for the customers, and a large garden, with a jacuzzi. Wow. Definatetly an excellent choice !
